The rules for using PropertiesDock, in plain language.

By creating an account or using PropertiesDock you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use PropertiesDock
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account.
2. Listings
You may only post properties you own or are authorised to advertise. Information, photos and prices must be accurate and not misleading. We may remove or hide any listing that breaks these terms or the law.
3. Enquiries and messages
Use enquiries and chat to talk about properties only. Spam, harassment, scams and sharing other people's private data are not allowed (see section 10).
4. Fees and credits
Some features, such as extra listings, are paid. Prices are shown before you buy. Unless the law says otherwise, purchases that have already been used are not refundable.
5. Our role
PropertiesDock connects buyers, sellers, tenants and agencies. We are not a party to any deal between users and we do not guarantee any listing, price or outcome. Please check every property and person yourself.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow us to show and store it on the platform so the service can work. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from the side menu. Your personal details are erased and your listings are taken down. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, PropertiesDock is not liable for losses that come from deals between users or from information posted by users.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
10. No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse
PropertiesDock has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes spam, scams, fake or misleading listings, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual or violent content, and anything illegal. You can report any listing, person or message with the flag or ⋯ menu, and block a person at any time. We review reports promptly, remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms.
